Mura tells the story of Nino, a retiring mafia boss that is isolated from the world in a small attic. A family stumbles upon the mafia bosses hiding place trying to find a new house to squat without knowing that they have a cohabitant.

  1. This is really a great project and I look forward to reading more as the filming begins. My cousin is in the film business in LA so I know a bit about what it takes to create a short. Excellent!

    And thanks for the follow!

  2. Thanks for sharing this project with all of us. It looks very interesting. And I really appreciate you taking the time to post in both languages. Anche quando abbiamo Google, è meglio leggere le informazioni in una lingua familiare.

  3. Greetings,

Thank you, for “liking” my “Return Of The Fox!” post (http://draganglas.wordpress.com/2012/06/25/return-of-the-fox/) and the “follow”.

I’m only using a digital camera and was gratified that the photos came out that well!

I hope to be posting a number of photos from a couple of walking holidays I did in Glendalough, Wicklow, which you may find of interest.

Also, I wished to pass on a photographer’s blog that you – and others here – may find of interest:

    Kindest regards,

Thank you for the “like” and following my blog, “http://cadmefoghlamthainniu.wordpress.com!”
Have you tried a site like Kickstarter to raise funds for your project?

  8. Good Luck with your film Mura. Wish I could donate. If ever able to I will. Film is one of my passions. Working on screenplay at present along with my other writing which is also quite important to me. Thank you for following my blog. Look forward to finding out more of your progress. Use translator plus you were great in translating this page. Love the concept of Mura. It should be a good story to tell on film.

  9. Thank you for following my blog at ritaLOVEStoWRITE. I hope you’ll find something of interest on the post.
GOOD LUCK with your film project. It sounds very interesting! Let me know when it comes to Baltimore, Maryland and I’ll give it a plug on the blog, on facebook and other places. We have a nice Maryland Film Festival that might be right up your alley. Cheers, Rita

  10. Thank you for following my blog, paulrothbart, in which I am discussing the making of my short film, “Isn’t It Romantic?” I am so glad you did because now I have learned of your project, “Mura” . I made a donation, as I am intrigued by the story and I feel you will make an excellent film. Best of luck with it. I love the way technology allows independent filmmakers from around the world to support one another.

Grazie e buona fortuna, il mio amico!

  14. Thanks so much for checking out my blog. I don’t always post on critiques of films, but I certainly would welcome your feedback. Good luck with the film. There is an interesting book about the movie business called, “My Movie Business,” by John Irving. It details his work on translating his book, “Cider House Rules,” into a film for which he won an Academy Award. If you ever want to direct friends to my blog site, send them to: http://www.michaelanson.wordpress.com. Again, thanks for following my work.
